Introductory Free Fitness Class
Moderate intensity, low impact, light hearted and social. Suitable for men and women, and those new to exercise.
Aiming to keep muscles, heart and lungs relatively strong, with a wide variety of movements, enabling you to keep it simple or challenge yourself.
Steve Doolan is offering an introductory class Monday October 3rd – 10:30am in the Village Hall, free to anyone who would like a trial run. He would like to create a mail out list to those who are interested, to keep updated with class information, and a way to contact him with any questions.
He will be in contact with those who replied to his initial message a couple of weeks previous.
